Sculpture in Schools Diorama Workshop Sculpture House Paisley (May 2026)

I delivered this workshop for P4 and P6 pupils at Glencoats Primary School and St Fergus Primary School. Pupils were invited to imagine and build their own places, setting them either in the past or the future and thinking about how time shaped the world they created. What was different, unusual or unexpected about these places? Using scavenged materials and collage, they constructed miniature worlds filled with detail and character. An iPhone connected to a large screen allowed pupils to share and explore each other’s tiny environments together, turning small-scale creations into immersive shared landscapes.
